Land Opportunity - North Taranaki

I have a 1 acre property (a farmlet) in North Taranaki - Kaitake ward - New Plymouth district. The soil is rich and fertile. The property has been entirely organic for at least the last 22 years. There is a small orchard, a somewhat neglected vege garden and a corner of native bush. 3 Wiltshire sheep keep it looking semi tidy. I'm an organic horticulturist, however it's all gotten too much for me over the last few years. Situated within a microclimate protected largely from most wind directions. Fairly high rainfall and plenty of sunshine hours. It's basically a little piece of paradise halfway between the mountain and the sea with panoramic views of both.
