Backyard garden available for continued vege production.
For the past four years Neil, of Garden to Market, has been growing organic vegetables for sale to local restaurants but will be moving to a larger property next season.
We would like the land to continue to be productive (we grew vegetables for 40 years) with a similar arrangement- use of land in exchange for vegetables. It has worked out well for both of us.
There are more than 200sq meters available, arranged into long narrow beds, flat, sunny and sheltered with good soil, compost bins, a shed with tools, a small glasshouse, town water (and rainwater barrels) and vehicle access right to the garden.
When we are not travelling we are happy to help with watering etc.
